- Purchase Information: Subscription purchase status and receipts processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not store your full payment details; all payments are handled by Apple.
- User Content: Images, text, or other content you import or create in the App (e.g., property photos and social post designs).
- Device and Usage Data: Device type, operating system, IP address, crash logs, and basic analytics on how you interact with the App.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
- Process and validate subscriptions and purchases.

3. Access to Photos and Camera
With your permission, Tidit may request access to your device’s Photo Library or Camera:
- Photo Library Access: To allow you to import property images or other graphics into your posts.
- Save to Library: To export your finished designs back to your Camera Roll.
- Camera Access: To take new photos directly inside the App for use in templates.
You may disable or change these permissions at any time in your device’s Settings.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data only in the following cases:
- Service Providers: With vendors who provide analytics, crash reporting, or cloud hosting under strict contractual obligations.
- Legal Requirements: When required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
- Business Transfers: If Tidit is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the App and comply with legal obligations.
You may delete your account at any time in the App under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile and user-generated content, except where retention is required for fraud prevention, legal, or security purposes.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
Tidit is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be stored and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We take steps to ensure your data receives adequate protection consistent with applicable privacy laws.
